Le Perchoir Porte de Versailles

Le Perchoir Porte de Versailles, the first to open on the Rive Gauche, is the latest addition to the family. Faithful to the group’s epicurean DNA, a bar and restaurant with a unique concept, nestled on the panoramic terrace of Pavilion 6 of the Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles, in the heart of Europe’s largest urban rooftop farm.

Le Perchoir reinforces its responsible approach with the desire to work in a short, even ultra-short circuit, since 100% of the varieties of products grown by Nature Urbaine on the urban farm will be on Restaurant La Table‘s menu at Le Perchoir.

Born out of a new collaboration with Studio Perrier, the interior designer Fanny Perrier conceived this new Perchoir by placing nature at the heart of the project. The decor combines expert craftsmanship and natural materials, some of them created exclusively for the place.

Le Perchoir Porte de Versailles will be the first to host the « Collection Perchée » of artworks permanently installed in the various Perchoirs. They will attest to the Perchoir Group’s support for emerging contemporary French creativity.

A restaurant next to the largest urban farm in Europe, with a menu reflecting the Perchoir spirit and this natural proximity.This lets our chef Jeremy Claudepierre (formerly at Picnic in London and a finalist on the British show Bake Off: Crème de la Crème) offer cuisine that's natural but not dull, responsible but not judgemental.

To start? Small plates like the mix of our neighbour's vegetables, house bottarga butter. Or whole artichoke, gribiche sauce. To continue? Large plates to share like whole sea bass, our neighbour's vegetables, corn, red and green salsa, tortilla.In short, on the terrace or at the restaurant, everyone should find what they're looking for.

At the bar of Le Perchoir Porte de Versailles, you'll find creativity and authenticity with a wide choice of cocktails made with seasonal ingredients, some of them from the urban farm. It's also an opportunity to taste Le Perchoir's own products : gin and vodka distilled near Cognac and several soft drinks including lemonade, cola, ginger beer and tonic, produced at the Limonaderie de Paris. All this can be accompanied by small seasonal dishes ordered directly from the bar.

Entrance via the footbridge of Pavilion 6 of the Exhibition Centre.

Access to the car park via Gate C of Pavilion 6 : enter the car park, go to the very end, park on Allée 1C. Take the elevator to the 2ème floor to enter in Perchoir.
